Frequently asked questions

  • Most clients want to know a general estimate for installing lights at their home. As you can imagine, this is very difficult because every home and client’s needs are different. This is why most outdoor lighting companies do not publish pricing. With that being said, we can help offer some insight of what an estimated cost might be and what factors contribute to those totals.

Our services start out at $2,000.

The average charge for a homeowner is $4,000-6,000.

Our goal is to keep your price as low as possible while still taking the time and effort to transform your home or business into the place you've imagined it could be.

  • Land Light Solutions prides itself on offering affordable lighting. However, there are contributing factors that can affect the overall estimate. We will do our best to customize your plan to fit your wishes and your budget while still elevating your outdoor space.

Here are a few factors that may affect pricing:

    • Types of fixtures

    • Number of fixtures

    • Difficulty of installation (multiple stories, terrain, wire management, drilling or sawing through stone or concrete, etc.)

    • Removal of obstructions (old lighting systems, overgrown shrubbery, debris, etc.)

  • Absolutely! Each new client of LLS receives a limited, one-year warranty that covers many facets of your lighting.

Additional warranty plans may be added for your benefit.

Please visit our Plans and Warranties page for further information.

  • We allow a 48-hour turnaround time.

  • Yes, we can retrofit most halogen systems, but you will not be eligible for warranty options. Depending on the age of the system, it might be more beneficial to install a new LED system for uncompromised longevity and peace of mind.

  • LED lighting is more cost effective in the long run.

    LED=years of service reliability

  • All of our fixtures are solid brass or copper with an available lifetime warranty.

Our connections are brass barrel-crimped (strongest connecting available). Each connection will be encased in waterproof, grease-filled containers or heat shrink tubing.

We use the highest quality LED bulbs with a CRI (color rendering index) of over 96%. The CRI is the bulb’s measurement of color accuracy. The higher the number will give the light the most real-world color index and correctness.
